L’illusiomagiste

photo Gérard Uféras

The story

Magic, opera hat, tail coat, his hands twirled around, into a cloud of sparkling powder.
On the stage of the Cirque d’hiver in Paris, its ambidextrous magic between equilibrium and jugglers, opens our eyes wide.
Into the darkness of the audience, one heart beats fast. The illusionist, dressed in a luxurious acrobat outfit, smells of a chic perfume from the wood panels and the garnet velvet.
It’s the Paris of amboyant shows. From the Opera to the fairground Arts.
Love at rst sight appears suddenly from the darkness, somebody shivers and becomes passionate for the illusiomagiste.

The Cape and the mystery.
Onto a lit-up stage.
Magic and illusion, their entwined hands.
The breath hanging on the following movement,

Hidden in the twilight of the orchestra,
The tense tummy
Towards the flamboyant illusiomagiste.
